I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals across different ages, backgrounds, and life experiences. My training and work experience in both India and the UK have shaped an inclusive approach to therapy. I’ve worked in educational, clinical, and community settings, and have been part of multidisciplinary teams.
These diverse settings have allowed me to support clients through a variety of challenges—including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and work-life balance, among others. I bring this breadth of experience into each session, while holding space with care, curiosity, and respect.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by the needs of each client. I aim to create a genuine respectful relationship with the people I work, and provide them with a space to look at themselves and their life. My practice is firmly rooted in the belief that people possess the innate wisdom and capacity to navigate through their challenges.
